In 91.5% of attempted rapes and 2/3 of completed rapes, some type of self-protective action was involved. |
Based on these statistics, what this tells us, is what we as women have been taught and told about self defense
is ineffective and does not work. |

This is no course for people who want to hide from reality. It is a face to face, honest look at what can and does happen when predators prey on women. My college-aged daughter and I were taught how to defend ourselves not just from physical attack but also how to correctly state our situation to law enforcement.
